Chairman, Paul Gray – sits on the board of several large publicly held companies including United Therapeutics. Paul is a recognized financial expert under the rules of major stock exchanges, and earned his stripes as an auditor for Ernst and Young and KPMG. He co-founded Tenth Gate, a public company with holdings in the healthcare space, and coaches entrepreneurs through programs at Case Western Reserve and West Virginia Universities. RBT depends on Paul to guide the corporate structure, capitalization, and entrance into public markets. 

Director, Tom Murray – owns the driving vision for creating software services that make life better for business travelers. Tom pioneered early e-commerce offerings as a founder of Select Vermont and Falling Leaf Interactive. He was a founder of AOL Select, an AOL partner venture. At Sideware Corporation he led the Technology Sales and Support team as a senior vice president for this publicly-held ECRM start-up. “With You All the Way” describes Tom’s idea of RBT’s organizing principal and market value.

Director, Scott Ahlsmith – provides thought leadership for the travel industry. Scott’s first big impact came with the TRAMS back-office automation product that has 80% adoption in U.S. travel companies. He serves as President of the Travel Institute, founded Magellan Travel Group, and plays a critical role at Virtuoso for bringing a global luxury travel trading platform to market. Industry leaders listen when Scott speaks and he will keep RBT’s value proposition at the industry forefront.

Director, Doug Foran – brings deep experience launching products and making sales for early-stage technology companies. Doug ran product marketing for IDI, Inc., taking the company to the NASDAQ National Market. He took two document technology products to worldwide markets for Xerox Corporation. As a founder of Concept Five Technologies, he ran sales and marketing for this successful early entrant in the Information Security market. Doug’s specialty in B2B offerings makes the corporate travel market a natural fit.
